convenient transportation short walk
The hop-on-hop-off bus stop provided convenient transportation for two days of exploring. I found a fantastic grocery store a short walk away. It had everything I needed.
My room's shower door did not close completely. This caused some water to leak onto the bathroom floor.

noisy bar difficult parking
the breakfast offered a variety of options, which i found acceptable.
The room i reserved was directly above the outside bar. It was very noisy. the hotel also hosts many functions, consequently facilities were closed to hotel guests (this was quite disruptive). parking was also an absolute nightmare. Finding a space was always difficult.

perfect location excellent coffee comfortable seating
the hotel had a perfect location for exploring! we walked easily to the promenade every morning. breakfast had great variety with excellent coffee, its amazing! the room was spacious with comfortable seating for eating.
the room service menu listed pizza as available until 11pm, this is inaccurate. i was charged for cheese on my toasted sandwich, but it wasn't included. the coke can cost was excessive!

the room included a comfortable king bed with plush pillows, i slept amazing. there are convenient bedside tables with lamps and usb charging ports. climate control maintained a perfect temperature, it was great.

the location is awesome, i think it is perfect! the hotel is a safe, short walk to the promenade for evening strolls. it is close to restaurant options, they are near the hotel.

the gym included three treadmills, its cool! there are two stationary bikes for cardio. the outdoor pool area has many loungers, it's perfect for sunbathing. there is also a shaded area for relaxation.

acceptable stay, but some disappointments
small bathroom tv issues
the breakfast buffet was quite expansive, offering a reasonable start to the day.
the room i booked, a classic double room mountain view, was not up to par. the bathroom was small. additionally, the television did not connect to any channels, nor could i access netflix, limiting my entertainment options in the evening.

strategic zone good breakfast reliable internet
I found the location strategic. the breakfast had everything needed to start the day. the wifi quality impressed me. It was the best i experienced. i traveled around sa and needed reliable internet.
the room service option did not meet expectations. i phoned to place my order. they phoned back several times to confirm. eventually they said they did not have the wine i wanted.
